To make for the most efficient use of your time with the practitioner, it is a good idea to be prepared with a list of questions and issues you wish to discuss. Also, if you have previous lab results, reports of diagnostic work up, and medical records from previous physicians which you feel are pertinent, please bring copies of these with you to your initial visit or send them to our clinic via e-mail or fax, prior to your visit.

We carry supplements with premium quality that are sold to both clients and non-clients. Feel free to visit our store and browse through our carefully chosen selection.

Yes. After confirming an appointment time with Green Health Clinic (GHC), you will get the new patient form and other forms via email. Please print, complete, and bring them in with you at the time of your initial consultation.

When you are ready to schedule, you can contact Green Health Clinic (GHC) either by phone or email and one of our staff will be able to provide you with the earliest available times. 

Dr. Kim’s follow up visit is $150

You will meet with Dr. Kim for 45-60 minutes to discuss your health concerns and goals.

At this time, we do not offer payment options and fees are due in full at the time of service. However, for the treatment cost, we offer CareCredit up to 18 months with no interest(The processing fee may apply)

We accept cash, and major credit cards (MC and Visa). Many clients have Health Saving Accounts(HSAs) for the consultation and treatment  fees.

We are not contracted with most insurance companies. As a result, any service fees are paid in full at the time of service. 

Initial consultation with Dr. Kim (45-60 minutes) to review and order special labs ($200) and follow-up visit ($150). All treatment package is included office visit(no additional charge) 

We do not function as a primary care practice but rather as a supplemental provider that will work with you alongside your standard care physician.
